every year at holloween time since i was a kid,we would clean all the seeds out of the pumpkin looking forward to eating them.But when it was time to eat them,they weren’t that good.
This year i want them to be good..lol..what do i do for that please ?

Im attempting to make pumpkin chips the way my mum does, by boiling the pumpkin first to cook it, then frying it. I have about 250 grams of butternut pumpkin, cut into four pieces (so it cooks faster). How long should i boil it for?

The pumpkin I am using had gotten frozen outdoors, and the meet inside the pumpkin is very stringy. I am concerned it may be the sign of it going bad, or it may just be from getting frozen before it was cut open.
