Does anyone have the recipe for the pumpkin cheesecake bars that does not use condensed milk?

frog515ta asked:

The recipe has a yellow cake mix to make the crust, and powdered sugar and cream cheese and pumpkin in the ingredients… and a few other things, however the only one I can find has sweetened condensed milk in it, and that is not the one I’m looking for. Anyone have a recipe like this?

How can I make pumpkin pie or other pumpkin dessert without an oven?

Sadface asked:

I’m studying abroad and don’t have access to an oven, and thanksgiving is coming up. Is there any way I can make pumpkin pie or some sort of pumpkin-y dessert that I could substitute for pie? I only have a refrigerator and a couple of stove burners, no microwave or anything, so it might not be possible, but it’s my favorite part of thanksgiving, so I want to try!

How do you make a pumpkin pie out of a whole pumpkin?

My mother bought a pumpkin for halloween but never carved it into a jack-o-lantern.

Is there a way I can make a pie out of this pumpkin and freeze it or something so that it will stay good until thanksgiving?
