Why are my pumpkin chocolate chip cookies looking a little greenish?

I made pumpkin chocolate chip cookies on Monday night. They are a little doughy but I like them soft and there’s no eggs in the recipe so I figured it was fine. Now some of them look greenish, not like mold, but maybe its the chocolate and the pumpkin colors mixed together? They taste fine. Any ideas?
